Description

The adjustable straps allow for the ice wrap to fit most sizes. As with all Cool Relief products, this ice wrap contains removable inserts allowing continuous cold compression with the purchase of additional cold wrap inserts.

This wrap can also be used for heat therapy by warming up the insert in the microwave.

Use

1. Put the insert into the microwave for small intervals of time (20 second intervals at MOST) until you reach the desired temperature.
2. CAUTION: Insert can get very hot. To prevent burns, we recommend only heating the insert until it reaches a luke warm temperature.
3. Do NOT put in the microwave for more than 20 seconds at a time to prevent risk of insert bursting.
